Featured Artist Danielle of Annie Mae Cheesecakes
Annie Mae's Cheesecakes & Moore was born on January of 2005. The actual conception was dated some years back, when Danielle Moore Owner, was just a teenager. Getting in trouble at school one day she sought out the protection of her grandmother Annie Mae Moore. Annie Mae was none the wiser to what was going on and decided to not only teach Danielle a lesson but teach her a skill. She told Danielle "If I'm going to harbor a fugitive then I might as well put her to good use". It was then that she taught Danielle the art of baking. Danielle help her when she was busy which was usually around Holiday time.Annie Mae was always being heard saying "When you bake or cook, make sure you add the most important ingredient, Love".

Danielle abandoned her love for baking a few years later to have a family. She then discovered her new found love for animals. She enrolled in college and began pursuing a career as a Veterinary Nurse. Annie Mae became ill with complications due to breast cancer. She was hospitalized in July of 2004 and died on October 19, 2004, 3 days before Danielle's birthday.

Danielle still continued her studies although her heart was no longer dedicated to saving animals. She felt it of great importance to continue the Annie Mae Moore  legacy. "I felt honored to continue the legacy which was left to me by my grandmother" say Danielle Moore. " I was given tools by my mother and grandmother. I keep those tools sharp, clean and I use those same tools daily.  My grandmother did not leave us a lot of money. Nor did she leave behind priceless heirlooms. She left behind a legacy that is priceless".
