If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site,
you must adhere to the following terms.
You can order all our products online instantly
and securely with your credit card through PayPal. PayPal ensures that your personal and credit card information remains safe
and private. Other method
of payment:.We do not accept personal checks at any
time. Then you may begin shopping by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and
American Express via PayPal only for online orders.

you're not comfortable using a credit card, we accept mail orders by Money Order. Please contact us for further details.
Money orders, in-store cash payments, and PayPal orders accepted
ONLY.
PRIVACY
POLICY
We
do not give, sell or trade your personal information with ANYONE! It will only be used when we need to contact you about the
orders you place with us.
RETURNS
Our policy reflects the policies of bridal shops throughout the United
States. Some wedding undergarments and cloth adorments can easily soil therefore all sales are final.
We only accept returns under certain terms. We do not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason. All items are
proeprly inspected before shipping. We encourage all customers to purchase insurance on every item. If your item was
damage during shipping process, and if we can only reaccomodate you, it may be replaced or repaired depending on
severity for the exact same item at an additional charge.
Any package returned without prior authorization will be
refused due to security reasons.
Due to the one-use nature of wedding merchandise, these policies are strictly enforced.
Every bride wants fresh, new items for her wedding and does not something that another customer has handled and then returned.
If you don't agree with these terms, please do not place an order.
*Due to the swiftness with which orders are processed, we do not accept order cancellations. Non refundable
due to the labor and already purchased materials to design item.
Bridal bouquets, cake toppers, headpieces,
bouquet stems, boutonnières, corsages and etc. that are pre-designed or custom made for each order and are also not returnable
or cancelable once your order is placed.
We
appreciate your understanding of this issue.
All Payments under $500 must be paid in full with no exceptions.
All Deposits are non refundable
Payment arrangements are only made on our wedding packages.
Shipping is never refundable.
All orders
can only be change within 48 hours, this may or may not require an additional charge.
Customized
bouquets, headpieces, cake toppers, jumping brooms,and boutonnières are special orders and require time for production.
No refunds or exchanges on these all items. Once they are ordered and put into production, we can only make changes to
your order within 72 hours from purchase date, so please make sure that you carefully submit it correctly.
We are not affiliated with other companies that are placed on our Designer Circles Link and aren’t liable for
any discrepancies on their part.

Credit
card companies are now using an extra three or four digit code to authorize credit card charges. Since we do not have your
card, you will need the additional Verification Code or Customer Code Number. If you don't have a card with this number,
try to type "NONE" in the respective field of our credit card form. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc., provided by the user is used solely for
the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to make online payments to the customer for
their order. New York State Sales tax applies on all orders.

Q: How long does it take to create a bouquet?
A: Depending on the stem and material quantity and availabilty, an arrangement can take
from 2-6 weeks.
Q: Do you make visits to set hair and bouquet arrangments on the brides wedding day?
A: It depends on the situation, my items are created to be easily placed into any style
and bouquet arrangemnet. An additional charge is added for these visits.
Q: Can I order additonal hair inlets, Bridesmaid bouquets and Groomsmen Boutinierres?
A: Yes. You can order these additional pieces by setting up a special order with us just by calling or emailing us
at customorder@crystolsboutique.com
Q: Can I order your packages online?
A: No. All package orders must be placed by phone or email through customorder@crystolsboutique.com.
Q: Do you except walk-ins at the boutique?
A: No. Visits are permited when we are having a special showroom premier event. All other visits must be
arranged in advance by phone or e-mail appointments@crystolsboutique.com and you will be given a confirmation appointment number.
Q: Do you offer your products in other stores?
A: Yes we offer certain products to outside stores through our wholesale list.
Q: When should I make an order for wedding items?
A: Due to the high demands, we recommend you place your order within 3-5 months before event date. This will give you
time to pay off your custom orders.
Q: If I need an item for the following week, Can I place a rush order?
A: Yes.
However, it depends on your order size and material availability. We ask that you contact us directly via phone on this matter.
Please keep in mind there is an additional charge for rush processing.
SHIPPING
*We
ship via UPS or US Mail, and all items must be insured. We now offer shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. All
shipping charges are calculated by the delivery to postal office, confimation, weight of your package and your zip code.
Special UPS service shipping is run through the UPS online tables, and is their own calculation--we do not set their rates.
*Our
shipping fees for UPS applies when you order is shipped in various packages. If you decide that you need some of
your items sooner than others, which might require time for special ordering, you will be required to pay additional shipping
through a special invoice and etc.
*We are not liable for your
failure to receive packages. Once you are notified on your estimated shipping time you are responsible for receiving
your item in that given week. However, if you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the Postal Service or UPS, you
are responsible for the shipping to re-send it to you and agree that this amount will be an additional. If you move
and don't inform us, your item will be held for 30 days. If we do not recieve a reply within the time alloted, funds
will be kept and items resold to other customers. If you reply with the time given, you must agree not to try to
intercept a shipment and have the shipping address diverted for any reason, or you will be responsible for the redirection
fee plus a surcharge of an additional $10.00.
*If you receive a damaged item, please save the box and file
a claim with the postal carrier. Only if we can accomodate your incident, if allowed, you can ship your
item to us. we will try our best to correct any necessary damaged done through the shipping process within our means for an
additional charge.
*Please note that a claim can
only be filed if you have the original packaging through a UPS provider.
If you don't intend to abide by these terms, please do not place an order!

We have provided an estimated shipping fee chart for special shipping. Please
allow an additional extra 3-5 days for UPS to process your shipment in addition to the stores order processing time.
